Guest guest
My dearest Nora and Friends in Shakti Sadhna, I am of the 'belief' (in that I do not know), that the awakening of the Kundalini .... is the beginning of true realisation.... Again I believe if this force is awakened without preparedness, then the effects can be disasterous, as the nadis explode because f this tremendous force (as I understand). If I do not have a true spiritual guru in physical form to guide me, can you please suggest a benign sadhana to awaken and raise my kundalini as I believe this is indeed the form of our sweet Devi within us. Hi Vir, I think it is always good to study some sacred, tantric scriptures, like Shiva Sutras or so. We need some basic understanding or validation. In it, the initial sadhana is made clear. Like awareness of breath and the practise of multi-dimensional awareness to expand consciousness and develop stability. Ralph Nataraj.
