Guest guest
muktidA : Giver of salvation. The KUrma Pr. says "hence one desirous of salvation should take refuge is Parvati, Paramesvari, the soul of all beings and also of Siva". The Siva Pr. "if one recites the names of the supreme Lord even uncounsciously Siva gives him salvatin. Why say more?" The BrahmA. Pr. also says, "Those who worship the supreme Sakti whether reguarly or irregularly, are not entangled in samsara. There is no doubt, they are the liberated souls" BhAskararAya's Commentary Translated into English by R. Ananthakrishna Sastry.

Guest guest
She confers liberation, for it is only Her grace that can confer liberation. Just as She created Her devotees' bonds, it is only She Herself again who can break them and confer freedom, or Mukti. - Dr. C. Suryanarayana Murthy, Commentary on the Sri Lalita Sahasranama, 1962 , "NMadasamy" <nmadasamy wrote: > > > muktidA : Giver of salvation. > > The KUrma Pr. says "hence one desirous of salvation should take refuge > is Parvati, Paramesvari, the soul of all beings and also of Siva".
