Jnarnava and spooky Islands

Dear Ralph

Your doubts in honour, and respect to your instructors, but the

jnarnava tantra is readily available for anybody with access to a

computer and who has done the sadhana of the god of data mining.

Dear Mahahradanatha,

Thanx. Appreciated.

One of my instructors is official Mahamandelishvar. He himself has 24 gurujis.

He is an Aghore, guru, master and a mystic (e.g. also teaches the Koran). He is

the sole inheritor of the Vamachari Naga Tantra heritage. He was conceived in a

tantric ritual. His grandfather was a reknowned - real - tantric master and

famous surgeon in India. They have many caves in the Himalayas. And a monastery

with some 100 bhairavis - all traditionally trained. In my book Shiva there are

some unique photographs.

In our tradition and school, you build on the previous incarnation. If i

mastered the jnarnava tantra in one of my previous births, why study it again?

It is more a matter of remembering or re-activating.

'Instructor' is a word and in fact a dignified word.

My instructor warned me for spending much time on internet and in general does

not advice people to read books on tantra or to attend forums or on

tantra because all the confusion in teaching.

A master does not need to show off his knowledge of the scriptures. And a

student will likely not become a master by reading the scriptures. The process

is very subtle.

He explained me again and again that there are students of tantra and tantric

practitioners and that they are not the same and hardly share any overlap.

A famous phrase from my instructor that i took as a koan is: "When nothing is

secret anymore, nothing is sacred anymore."

This i just wanted to share. I appreciate your gentleness and generosity.

Ralph.

IMHO All the great Sacred Mantras were and are available openly but only the

deserving get to see them or understand them for what they are. The secrecy is

what drove manythings to oblivion. It is that which led to the formation of a

lot of unnecessary superiority airs.

Dear Sir

Your fillin the blank question is cute. Ramanuja climbed on top of a temple

tower and recited the ashtakashari in the loudest voice so as everyone can hear,

become a vaishnava and get salvation. He was also the first to make pooja

procedures in Tamil which is still followed in the temple of Lord Ranganatha in

Srirangam, Tamilnadu.

I would like to add my 2 cents

"Sacred is always secret". I hope this is not take literally as if it is then

A) OM Namah Shiva

B) Gaytatri Manatra

C) Navaran Mantra

will no longer be sacred. And if thats the case I think we have a

situation and the theory is void.

Again can write a couple of pages but then, the meaning is already

conveyed to the one who can understand.

Thanks and Regards

Dp

it becomes sacred, what it reveals is for the sadhaka only in that moment. This
