"At the heart of problem anger are severe feelings of shame and guilt,

as well as a lack of empathy for self and others- or at least an

inability to recognise and express it. Rather than merely teaching

tactics to control anger, we should look at our emotional core and

make a truly revolutionary shift : trade bullying for compassion"

"We survive as a species because of Compassion.... and not because of

aggression."

Dear NMadasamy

Aptly quoted. That great mystic who wrote the classic 'the Prophet' did not

leave any subject untouched, did he?

Rig veda says, "Sam gacchhadhwam, sam vadadhwam, sam vo manaamsi janatah".

It conveys almost what Kahlil Gibran said. Walk together, speak together

(meaning support each other) and understand each other.

One can trust you to come up with apt and crisp messages. Congrats.

Erudition doesn't get one anywhere. Remember Adi Sankara's "Sampraapte,

sannihite kaale, nahi nahi rakshati dukrinj-karane". Hence, bhaja govindam,

bhaja govindam, govindam bhaja, moodha or otherwise mate.
