Millions of Hindus across India regularly worship Kali and her different forms such as Kumari. Kali is seen as a source of power and represents victory of good over evil. On Friday, over 1,000 girls between the ages of four and 12 were worshipped in the form of Kali in Kolkata where Kali is revered by Bengalis.
