Guest guest
So, Opportunites were rare to pick up and learn perfectly. Ik kan wel leze and verstand jouw taal. Daarom het is geen problem. I shall go through your site and article before commenting. One observation- You ask more question on Shiva than on shakti and yet you run devi- asharam - any reason, I am just curious. raji > > >Namaste Rajeshvari, > >Nice to hear someone from the Netherlands. I am author of book 'Shiva' in >dutch language. (author: Ralph Bakker - family name). > >Now live in Czech Republic where we 'run' a Devi-ashram. Also see >www.advaita-tantra.com. It is partly in Dutch. Saivism.nl is all in dutch. > >Hartelijke groet, > >Ralph. > >PS You live in the Hague, Amsterdam? > > > >I spoke today with a friend of mine who follows JC and in their holy >scriptures it clearly says that men should not eat camel-flesh and not >touch the dead body of a camel. This i find difficult as i plan to set up a >camel-farm, next to our ashram. > >He explained today that there is a fifth 'text' or teaching that envelopes >the old and new testament. There are four levels of teachings and one more >teaching which is a bit vague or ungraspable. > >This reminded me of the vedas and tantras. > >They also employ the word Matrika - in a similar meaning as Trika. >Interesting.... > ---------------------e-------------------------\ --------------------------> I WOULD THINK MATRIKA'S ARE devi's OWN REFLECTIONs, in other words different aspect of same devi. We have three element when comes to spirituality - ie. Mantra, Yantra and Tantra. They all go hand in hand. I have not yet gone any where near Yantra and Tantra to comment. Some learned member can guide you. We hindu's feel holy towards cow - and many in South are vegetarians. My roots are from South but upbrining is from Bombay. Anyway, Mag ik een vraag stelen- Welke deel van Nederlandse komt u? raji.
