Guest guest
First relax and let go of your ambition!

The general strategy is cut it into pieces and work on them separately. Then try to put them all together.

In Surya Namaskara A and B when jumping from down dog to bring your feet between your palms do so with legs straight.(Yes I know you have to bend them for the hop but thereafter>straight)Also try
doing the same when going from forward bend to catvari(chataranga or otherwise low pushup position).Don't think back and forth, think up and down.Think butt to the sky ,like you're piking into a handstand stiff-legged.(See where I'm going with this?Seen David Swenson's Primary Series video where after a certain point all his vinyasas are piking into handstands?)

The essence is control, relaxation and efficiency (not working antagonistic muscles). From acquiring control in this, the flowing through straight legged comes naturally ,although I have seen gifted people who do it effortlessly ,very soon without too much control.

I hope this helps.
