Guest guest Posted July 7, 1999 Report Share Posted July 7, 1999 "But it was<br>kind of nice pretending there was something<br>really deep to it."<br><br>Whoaaa Liz.There was no need to pretend it was deep.It is deep.I can even tell you exactly how deep it is : it's as deep as you make it and as deep as you can take it.Yoga techniques are just a driving aid, YOU are the driver.<br><br>God like guys creating the perfect practice?How can your "spiritual" side have a problem with that?Do we all still need miracles to have faith or have we come into our own?<br><br>"...then the practice can't be perfect."There is no such thing as a perfect practice but it can still be perfect for you and you can seek perfection through it.<br><br>Yoga goals are only good.Yoga is not about something, if you don't want it to be or are not ready for it.One might do it for fitness and another for enlightment, one for showing off and another for an injured back.Whenever the person who's doing it for fitness is ready to move on into the spiritual aspect of Yoga then he will.Some people open to the new possibilities as they move along in their yoga practice, others never see them.Some sooner,some later, some never.<br><br>Primary Series in the morning.Drishti,moola and low uddiyana bandas totally engaged.Victorious breath throughout.Perfect.
