Guest guest
A text entitled “SALUTATION TO THE TEACHER AND TO THE ETERNAL ONE” attributed to T.KRISHNAMACARYA adds to the intrigue. Reference is made to “..enthusiasts from foreign countries who have studied with me...eg Mr. Eugenis Strakaty (Indira Devi)...”. Also “Anuloma, viloma, prathiloma methods of pranayama are described differently in Yogakoruntam.” The Yoga Rahasya is also mentioned a number of times, as is Yogakoruntam. This text inlcudes asana instruction almost all of which have detailed steps in and out combined with either inhalation or exhalation (vinyasa). None of the steps exactly resemble those used in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It also has a section on treating specific conditions with asana& pranayama.
