Guest guest
in my hand i have the practice sequence given to david swenson by kpj way back then, written in davids own hand. there are four series. there are no trikonasan parsvakonasan twists. uttitahastapadangustasana & ardabadapadmotanasana are done after setubandasana. advanced a&b being much longer than the current advanced series. a scot by name of john mcgeough was with kpj a couple of years before that. he does not remember any separation of postures into different series. nor does his notebook. only one continual flow. so much for the sanctity of sequencing. thank god yoga is a practice, not a philosophy.
