millennium ashtanga yoga retreat

My teacher,Granville Cousins,and I are organising

a 2 week retreat in the Sinai desert over the Xmas

and New Year period.We went last year and it was

brilliant!<br>Because it's the millennium we've had to book flights in

advance, and it's obviously more expensive than last

year!<br>We have 20 seats on a flight from Manchester, UK to

Eilat, via Tel Aviv leaving on the 20th December,

classes!<br>pps there don't seem to be many club members from the

UK or Ireland.Hopefully this will change given that

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is beginning to take off here.We are

expanding the number of classes in the Manchester area and

also have contacts in Dublin.
