One of the principles of Ashtanga Yoga is the

fast pace, which, along with ugayee breath generates

and maintains the flow of energy through the body.

The rapid flow of postures is different from the

Iyengar or Sivananda methods, for example.<br>A web site

listing the first & second series sequences would

probably come in handy for many people, but I'm not aware

of any.
