There's no instruction but a few of us are doing ashtanga if you're looking for people to practice with. The address is at 1240 Yates Street, Victoria. There's also a really good ashtanga instructor who comes over from Saltspring Island named Peter Bennett. He's also a Naturopath and can be reached at his clinic at 250-544-4331.
