Guest guest
I am thinking about going to Colorado to study with Richard Freeman, and I'd love to talk to someone who has studied with him. You can contact me at vitamint12 if you know Richard and are willing to let me ask you some questions.
Thanks!
Guest guest
I never studied with R.Freeman, but some friends of mine did pretty extensively. If you have any specific questions you'd like me to pass along to them, i'd be happy do so and to forward you the answers here.

I can tell you this much: Richard's shala offers many yoga classes, but Richard generally only teaches a few of the beginner's classes. I'm also given to understand that his approach is a bit more conceptual and "heady" than what you might find at other astanga shalas. Also, the pace of the vinyasa is slower and easier than what you'll generally find at most schools that teach astanga.
