Guest guest
You are very critic. But, if you are learning alone,is not a good option use all the resources you can find, for instance, the book "Power Yoga"
Guest guest
I may be very critic but these people are very bad and must be exposed for the frauds that they are. the fact that a book has been written recounting the postures taught in the Astanga series does not excuse them from their lies and misrepresentations. It is not acceptable to say that it is alright to lie and be an egomaniac if you pass on sacred asanas--even if you are not qualified to do so.

It would be better to sit quietly and meditate, take aerobics or go for a brisk walk than allow oneself to be polluted by the energy of the yoga frauds.

I may be "critic" but at least I am honest.
El Senor Pinche Wey
