DO spread the legs in forward bends<br> TWIST open instead of across.<br> BE CAREFUL of muscle seporation in the belly, just back off if it starts to occur.<br> Stay in touch with your midwife about the head down position during critical weeks.<br> LISTEN to your body, as always and you will be fine. <br> Namaste..
