I sometimes do yoga after taking a hot bath or shower which relaxes the muscles. A thirty minuet routine before bed helps to relax more and sleep comes easier. with a busy schedule this can be difficult but if your willing to dedicate thirty minuets a night and then perhaps wake up thirty minuets early in the morning to do yoga it will improve the quality of your day.
