Dedication to yoga is one thing the need for

sleep is another. I sometimes do yoga after taking a

hot bath or shower which relaxes the muscles. A

thirty minuet routine before bed helps to relax more and

sleep comes easier. with a busy schedule this can be

difficult but if your willing to dedicate thirty minuets a

night and then perhaps wake up thirty minuets early in

the morning to do yoga it will improve the quality of

your day. Which is the reason most of us do yoga
