Guest guest
Oh my god, Celeste! I've hoped that nobody would come and say, yes, I want to try standing up so early. - When we want to start? What have I done? And now? .... Really want to do it?
- What clock, what day?
We can do it together, may be it work a little bit easier, thinking, ahhh, there are someones who also practice now just at this moment (yawning and being full with doubts in the mind while standing up). Tell us more, Celeste, at what day we will start this morning-program. I'm suffering quiete now, but... let us try and see. What day, what time? Lu
- Dirk, at what time do you practice in the morning, what are your experiences?
Guest guest
I get up at 5 (or at least I try) and practice from 5:30 to about 7:00.
In the beginning it was very hard but I got used to it although I'm not doing this daily for more than about 6 weeks.
The practice has a different quality compared to prctice in the evening. While not being so flexible in the morning I have to be more careful. Therefore I concentrate more on the breath and the bandhas.
When I practice in the evening I often try to push harder in the asanas and I risk to switch from Yoga practice to a more physical exercise.
