Thanks to all for your thoughts on the

knee...

Takeitup-gawd, i hope I'm not in mri territory yet- definitely

something to keep in mind if rest and recovery and a new

attitude don't improve things-..But love the coconut oil

prep story- will get some today, if nothing else to

bring a bit of san diego vibe to practice over here in

oz (im originally from cardiff)

Trayam - ive

(obviously) also ignored the hip needs to open before the

knees follow - hearing it from someone who's been there

though made me listen- baddha konasana sand bags- great

idea

Glenn- dont know about this ligament- but i have been

using arnica and good ol tiger balm- cant say they did

much...

and Simon, so often you hear as you said 'what's the

hurry?' That's one that I have asked myself a lot these

days- if I'm in this for the long haul why cant I let

the progression happen in its own time...?

I

also was thinking that if only I had paid more

attention and followed some of these basic thoughts, i

wouldnt have been here in the first place. Guess its a

matter of learning the hard way...

During this

time of recovery i am backtracking a bit with focus on

the bandhas (especially challenging for me) and the

breath - so much to learn and practice with the

essential basics - will write a followup down the road and

let you know how it

goes

humbled,

Sue
