Jon,<br><br>I don't know anything about who (if

anybody) teaches astanga in Liverpool. But if you've

recently moved to the North West you might want to check

out workshops with a couple of very good teachers in

Manchester - Mike Nevitt and Granville Cousins.

<br><br>Mike's phone number is 0161 445 8560, and Granville's is

01706 853 894. Both of them are impressive yoga

practitioners, good teachers and extremely nice guys. Mike is

either about to go or has just gone to spend a few

months travelling in the States, but if you are around

for a while you might catch him when he comes back.

<br><br>I'm not living in Manchester at the moment, but I

spent the first couple of years of my astanga career

there, and I count myself lucky to have had the chance

to learn with teachers like Mike &

Alan,<br><br>Thank you for your advice, I also

dont know of any teachers in Liverpool, I've been

without a teacher since moving to Liverpool, I was

initially taught by Kristina Keritinos-Ireland in Brighton

and miss her teaching very much.........<br>I had not

realised that Granville did workshops in Manchester and as

soon as I am able to have a free w/end I will look

into attending a workshop with Mike or
