Guest guest
In this daily practice are you pressed with time?

The body needs to be heated so I would be doing salutations A and B for sure. I like to always stand in Tadasana, perhaps a half moon, always a forward bend in there somewhere, a standing separate leg stretch, some backward bending like the Cobra or Locust, a triangle for sure, a runners stretch, a second backbending pose like a Bow or a Camel and finish it off with a spinal twist then resting in Savansa.

I think it all depends on your time. You could also do Ashtanga and re-format that practice to fit your needs as well.

hope this helps ~Rose
