I am an advanced beginner . I learend through

books. I want to know the best grouping of different

asanas for daily exercise and the heatup needed to start

asanas.I already have references for more than 65

asanas.<br><br> thank you for your advice.<br>m_aranan

In this daily practice are you pressed with time?

<br><br>The body needs to be heated so I would be doing

salutations A and B for sure. I like to always stand in

Tadasana, perhaps a half moon, always a forward bend in

there somewhere, a standing separate leg stretch, some

backward bending like the Cobra or Locust, a triangle for

sure, a runners stretch, a second backbending pose like

a Bow or a Camel and finish it off with a spinal

twist then resting in Savansa. <br><br>I think it all

depends on your time. You could also do Ashtanga and

re-format that practice to fit your needs as well.
