Guest guest
A few more comments. I really think that mental health professionals should incorporate mind/body practices such as Ashtanga yoga as part of the treatment process. Take folks, for example, who suffer from ADD. The practice of ashtanga, no matter who you are, forces the participant to focus. Ashtanga, with its radical emphasis on attention (i.e. the root locks, breath, and gaze) nudges, and even forces the mind and body to join as one -- no matter what. It really makes me grateful to Sri Pattabhi Jois, and the others for introducing the practice to others. Namaste, JM
