Guest guest
I am having difficulty deciding whether to study with Pattahbhi Jois in France this summer. I have a hamstring injury (sore connecting tendons with a misaligned hip) and don't want to do further damage by being pushed too hard while practicing. On the other hand, summers are my only free time to study with him. Does anyone have any experience asking Pattabhi not to push because of an injury and does the request work? I would really love to study with him but I don't want torn hamstrings or worse. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Torn,
Yeshe
Guest guest
The workshop in France (like all(?) guruji's workshops abroad)will be led classes with guruji's traditional counting of the vinyasa numbers. A rare opportunity, that you should not miss. So no need to stay away because you fear Mysore style classes with individual ("hard") adjustments.

tutu
