Guest guest
I've started with these tapes, and am using these every other day. Kripalu yoga and more meditative yoga on the other days.

Any good suggestion for tapes that are Ashtanga,
or come close to the Kest workouts are welcome.
Namaste. I was lucky
enough to take classes from a local
teacher who taught classical ashtanga
so I could have something to compare.
I can only hope that in the future
these watered-down forms for the
commercial market will be no longer
necessary to gain audiences.

>Any good suggestion for tapes that are Ashtanga...

Go to amazon.com and find David Swenson's video series.
&
http://www.astanga.fi/video/
&
http://www.ionet.net/~tslade/yogabook.htm
