I really love biking, do some weight lifting, and am trying to add yoga to the program so I don't hurt myself from overdoing everything else. In the limited time I "work out" each morning I tend to avoid the yoga and go biking. I plan to practice in the evening before bed, but frequently get too lazy. Somewhere inside I feel I would be able to control some compulsive eating and biking, and avoid persistent overuse injuries if I were to practice more yoga but it isn't happening as much as I would like. <br>Any suggestions?
