Ashtanga Practice Group Providence RI

Hi Trinka,<br><br>I was actually inquiring for a

friend who has just been turned on to Astanga (by me)

and wants to practice regularly in Providence. I

practice with Eddie Stern in NYC and am always reminded of

how fortunate I am to have an excellent teacher

available to me because most places do not. But, my main

teacher is in Mysore and that is not terribly convienent.

I think a practice group is the answer though. I

know from meeting yogis in Mysore that that can be a

good way to keep your practice going between workshops

or trips to India or whatever. Solitary Astanga

practice is tough. Please do let me know if you form a
