Guest guest
Lately, I have been experiencing a slight trembling, most noticible in the hands and feet, just after practice. There is an associated all-over jittery feeling as well. It goes away after a short time. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this an indication of too much or not enough of some aspect of the practice?
Guest guest
Its normal. All kinds of seismic activity happens - and it gets even more intense in the 2nd series. I once was woken up with a nerve in my right elbow twitching like mad - the next night, same thing, but the left elbow. Enjoy it, experience it. Part of the process. Guest guest
I have also noticed trembling, both during and after (though this is rarer these days) practice. I think this probably indicates that you are overtaxing your nervous system. Certainly if you notice you are shaking during your practice, your should back off a bit as this shows you are overdoing it. Be gentle with yourself! Guest guest
I suggest paying attention to breathing asconsciously and as slowly as possible - yet without strain.<br>I like coffee and it makes me tremble.
