Guest guest
Hi friend of coffee - I had the same feelings after drinking coffee, especially if it was strong I felt my heart and began to perspirate. To make the coffee as "coffee light" is not the solution because then it's not coffee but more water. One day we read in a book of Christine Kaufmann (the german actress known also in US) that she recommends espresso. You don't need even a espresso-machine, you can preparate it like normal coffee, in my oppinion the taste is better - und it has less stress for the heart. (The matter is that espresso has an other method of production).
My problem is the sweetness. I don't want to take sugar (I know, espresso isn't healthy either) and the chemical sweetener is only a temporaly solution. - Any suggestions? Guest guest
I like honey as a sweetener and ricemilk for cream.

A friend suggested to use mate tea as a stimulant instead of coffee. I tried it, I tried black tea, green tea, guarana, "uptime", DHEA, - they're all great. But the best is clean spring water at room-temperature - what a joy!
