Guest guest Posted July 11, 2000 Report Share Posted July 11, 2000 looking for some insight. i can get into A & B. my difficulty is the sensation that i can't fold forward once i have bound my arm. i can't get my upper body to fold forward past my upright knee. it feels like my gut is blocking any movement forward. i try to hold the bandas but i can't get down. if pressure is appled to my back, i can fold forward but i can't do it on my own. any advice on what to try to better do these postures Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
