Guest guest Posted July 16, 2000 Report Share Posted July 16, 2000 ok iam not going to lie i hate working out but i do yoga iam new at ashtanga yoga but have been doing yoga for quite sometime i was wondering if i do this style of yoga and give up lifting weights will my body still look ok? i see the in the pictures of the guys and they all have nice bodies and was wondering if they work out or all they do is yoga?
