Guest guest Posted July 17, 2000 Report Share Posted July 17, 2000 I remember John Scott saying that both buttocks SHOULD be on the floor, but not to worry about the bent leg buttock too much until you can get your chin to your shin.<br><br>On the other hand, I find that if I focus exclusively on getting a deep forward bend, I tend to lean way over to the straight leg side and the straight leg foot falls out to the side.
