Yes, I’d also appreciate others’ experiences

about addictions in the light of their practice.

Attachement and aversion as obstacles for or as tools for

gaining liberation; social patterns (group-structures

that depend on larger masses of people being addicted

to the same thing, drug, idea-system, objective of

identification etc.) and the process of deconditioning oneself

from pre-fabricated truth (karmic traces) through

sadhana (daily practice).<br><br>A fairly

thought-provoking book on many aspects of the problem is: "The Guru

Papers - Masks of Authoritarian Power" (availlable at

amazon.com) written by two practitioners of yoga.
