All of this talk about what to eat or not eat

before practice makes me wonder -- when do people

usually practice, in the morning or later in the day?

Does Guruji reccommend a specific time of day as

better than another?<br><br>I know some teachers

consider it preferable to practice first thing in the

morning, even though one is stiffer then, in part because

your stomach is usually emptier then than at any other

time of day, and your mind clearer. Now that I am in

the habit of it, I definitely prefer this. Also, the

post-practice glow is a great thing to carry with you if you

then have to go sit at a desk for nine hours a

day!<br><br>But if many of you are eating a couple of hours

before practice, you're obviously not practicing right

after you wake up.
