May I recommend a book called _The Art of

I used to be a serious runner,too, and gave it up

because it finally felt too rough on my body. Now there

are three things I do: Yoga, jiu-jitsu and

swimming.<br><br>Swimming is great, but doesn't produce the tightening of

running. I also used to mtn. bike seriously but all that

hunching over handle bars for 6 hours seems really harsh

on the spine.
