Guest guest
R-
Check out Crete - There is an ashtanga retreat kind of place there - Yoga Plus. www.yogaplus.co.uk From what I understand they have a work-study program. I have never gone there myself and I have never heard anyone comment about their experiences so maybe someone can post a message in that light. It seems rather intriguing to me, I must say.

ALso, the postings about the Yoga Kurunta and Lino's video are really great thanks for all that. I will probably ask Guruji and Sharath about this because I am fascinated.

A note about the added poses and things... as it pertains to some people's questions about the now boring subject of distinguishing between yoga styles... Since we are lucky enough to have the original teacher of ashtanga alive and still teaching, ashtanga will change and evolve because those who are teaching - guruji, sharath, Lino, Tim, and everyone else who practices wirh guruji and sharath will make new discoveries and changes based on their experiences. Such changes are a natural effect of discovery and not made in attempt to sell books. Most of you know this but I just thought I would lay it out for those who have questions...

Anyway, thanks again and I look forward to learning more about this fascinating subject of Kurunta.

Love,
Trinka

PS -love the white slavery note!
