Guest guest
Ok, the truth. I like a couple of beers before I practice and for dinner a side of raw bison. Do you think I should quit smoking? Or will that happen on its own time?
Thanks,
Trinka
Guest guest
Beer is the ideal low fat, high carb, wheat-free (unless you drink wheat beer) foodstuff. The true hard core purist should only drink organic German beer (German purity law specifes that beer can only contain grain, water, hops and yeast, no dodgy additives) - but sadly the organic stuff just isn't as good as the ordinary stuff, because most of the ordinary brewers in Germany have been practicing for centuries - probably using recipes found on ancient palm leaves - whereas the organic guys mostly have less experience.

I expect bison is much lower in cholesterol, mad cow disease and nasty growth hormones than beef.

I certainly hope quitting smoking will happen in its own time. Guest guest
BadLady
Don't worry, it was quite obvious you were joking. I was too. (Maybe at a bit too much length - yesterday was my first day back in the office after attending Guruji's workshop in NY - bored & jetlagged)

Alan
Guest guest
Really? I just got home tonight. It was the coolest. I am lucky because I only live a couple of hour away. See you.
Trinka
