Guest guest
started by the yoga charlatans. El Senor Pinche Wey has been to Mysore many times and seen only a very few "injuries". Incidently, I have sustained many so called injuries myself in my years of practice: sore ankles, knees, torn hamstrings, lower back, both shoulders, wrists etc. Now of course, I feel great and consider these injuries all "openings" as the guru says. Most of these "injuries" are a result of either the student's ego pushing too hard (as has often been in my case) or are "openings" as the guru says. In any case all of these injuries have healed and left the affected areas looser, stronger and better than before. Your defense of the Yoga Charlatans and profiteers Berryl and her bitchboy Thom are indefensible.

espw
Guest guest
Dear Senor,
from my own experience especially with knee injuries, I know that most of them are caused by impatient students. I don't now, why people brought up these rumors.
Besides, I remembered that I have posted this topic already some time ago.

I didn't want to defend the Bender-Birchs. By buying her book, I learned that there is something like Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. For that, I'm thankful
to Berryl, nothing more, nothing less (I don't know her personally).

Dirk (in a state of Ashtanga Depression)
