Missy-pinky, I agree with your answer (no. 1511),

in which you wrote more important is the drishti

(gaze)in down-dog. Indeed I wondered how to look at the

navel in these positions you can find on the fotos in

the books (Swenson, bbb), where there is the head in

one line with the arms - in this position you are

definitely not able to look to the navel. Why they put in

these photos and not these like in the booklet from

Richard Freeman? May be they wanted all the students who

talk about this problem to ask missy-pinky... Now I

have an idea how it possibly works (and will try),
