Guest guest
I, Senor Pinche Wey, believe that it is something one never masters. It is a process through which you will learn much about yourself, how you approach life, goals, adversity, success, injury and many other things. If you adopt a disciplined practice, after many years, the real fruit of the practice will reveal itself to you. Remember, the challenge is not placing yourself in difficult positions--any contortionist can do that, but in being able to achieve a regular practice.

So when you say "all you need to do is practice"...doing so is easier said than done. El senor has seen many hopeful students come and go, only the steadiest seem to be able to stay with it. For me, it has certainly been worth it.

espw
