I did consider this club a microcosm of the whole..there being no astanga near me I was relying on this club..and seeing such a spread of nationalities I felt the advice and experience would be equally spread. Of course if this is a microcosm then it would represent the good and the bad..something I didnt take into account. I have determined to read all posts and remind myself that I can choose what to take on board and what to allow to drift away as so much dross.
