Guest guest Posted August 15, 2000 Report Share Posted August 15, 2000 Does anyone here know what "korunta" means?<br><br>I've been curious about this, and haven't been able to get a translation from online Sanskrit dictionaries.<br><br>However, there is a chapter in Geeta Iyengar's book (_Yoga, a Gem for Women_) entitled "Yoga Korunta", where "korunta" is translated as "self-taught". The chapter basically describes the use of wall-ropes as an aid to self-practice (when there isn't a handy teacher around to do adjustments, i guess).
