(Since then 418 messages have been posted - full moon frenzy)<br>I meant to ask - so a group class is totally out? (as in inappropiate). I enjoy the group energy rush sometimes. Guest guest Posted August 17, 2000 Report Share Posted August 17, 2000 A group class is great for introducing and maintaining the correct vinyasa counting system - like guruji is teaching when abroad - But as an easy way to handle big numbers of students on a regular basis, not appropiate.
