Guest guest Posted August 17, 2000 Report Share Posted August 17, 2000 Sunshine, <br><br>Thanks for reminding me of one of my own mantras I learned as a child terrified of bees: "if you ignore it, it will go away" (Interestingly, the more I've practiced yoga, the more I love hanging with bees when they prowl around). Of course, this option shouldn't exactly be a course of life (unless you like to remain in severe consistent denial, which in fact was my m.o. before yoga). <br><br>In any case, I did want to add that requesting horror stories about a non-astanga class may not be appropriate for an ASTANGA forum. By focusing attention on exactly those who you despise, Mr. Kitchen Helper (Senor Pinche), you only promote more attention for them- not exactly what I thought you would have in mind.
