Guest guest
I wouldn't bother trying to explain this one to the Americans ;-)

.. after all, if the only option I had available was what they call "beer" I would gladly give it up. On reflection, it's also pretty easy not to drink the Indian stuff. This one is purely a discussion for the Europeans and Canadians among us, I think. Guest guest
Oh Alan, and I respected you so much!!! I can let SPW's rantings go by, but this subject is near and dear to my heart: are you suggesting that Canadian beer is better than some of the great brews being made in the Pacific Northwest? I agree with you that most of the American-made beers are horrible. Next time you're in the area, however, you'll have to swing by and sample some of the local brews -- I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! I haven't had such luck on my trips to Canada (sorry fellow North Americans).

M
Guest guest
Oh Alan--Thems the fightenest words I've ever seen on this site. I hope that someday you will have the exquisite pleasure of drinking a Black Butte Porter, brewed right here in America and loved by many a yogi.
