Guest guest
my impression of both activities, being fairly new to both, (golf for 3 yrs, yoga for 2 months)is that they both offer comparable opportunities for physical and mental challenge, opening the door to self awareness and realization. they both give us an essentially perpetual challenge towards improvement. they, unfortunately, both have the draw back of requiring time, the most valuable and finite of commadities. yoga takes up to 2 hrs/d, golf 5 hrs for a round. hard to do either one, much less both, as often as needed to progress--part of the challenge i guess. any other "floggers" out there? if so, ponder this: what would tiger be like if he did ashtanga?
