Guest guest Posted August 24, 2000 Report Share Posted August 24, 2000 Thank you very much..I will be booking a class as soon as I can!<br> Open question from a newbie..How the heck do you hold the middle bandha(sorry can't remember the name) and still be able to breathe fully? It seems to be described as a retraction as you would do before nauli but then I can only breathe into the intercostals..is the full breath sacrificed for the bandha or am I reading it wrong?<br> And.with regards diet has anyone here ever used Beyond Greens? I use the oil to great effect..but wondered if beyond greens is worth a shot? I know about raw fresh etc..but its not too easy to get really good fruit and veg. here..most is imported.
