Guest guest
I talked o Sharath today in Boulder and asked him whether I should stop when I can't do a pose perfectly (so to speak) or if I should continue all the way through primary series. He said to go to navasana and then do finishing series if you can't do all the preceding poses properly.

So I guess this is what I'll be doing for quite some time, since wrapping in Marichyisana d is a long way off.

Thought some of you might be interested.

The workshop has been good. Around a 100+ people in each class, with some very talented yogis. Guruji is stern, but funny, always yelling straight legs, straight legs, or chatauri when people raise up in to up dog too soon.

He's much smaller than I thought he would be, as is Sharath. Some people have complained that they don't get adjusted enough and that only the "stiffies" get help. I guess this is the first time I feel lucky for being stiff, since Sharath comes over and helps me two to four times a class.

see ya
Guest guest
I am curious about whether there were any "drop-ins" in colorado. I want to be in Guruji's presence but i can't get away from work for the whole time "required" in Carlsbad next week. does anyone have any suggestions? I can make 9/3 and 9/4, is it possible to get in for two days (without paying for the entire week)?
thanks, ...j
Guest guest
Hi, yes they did allow drop-ins in Boulder. I was one of them.
