Guest guest Posted August 23, 2000 Report Share Posted August 23, 2000 you are lucky:<br>there are two certified teachers: <br>david life (jivamukti yoga center) and eddie stern (patanjali yoga shala).<br><br>you can definitely drop in at jivamukti, lafayette street:<br>ashtanga mysore every morning 8:30 to 10:30 and led primary series in the afternoon.<br><br>and there is also eddie sterns place, broadway/houston street:<br>ashtanga classes (mysore and led style) almost the whole day around. but i don't know for sure if he takes drop-ins. check it out. <br><br>both places have their value:<br>jiva provides a beautiful yoga center and eddie is small, intimate, very popular and so very crowded. <br><br>anyway, you are lucky to go there. have fun!<br><br>om shanti,<br>patrick Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
