Guest guest Posted August 21, 2000 Report Share Posted August 21, 2000 Any injury experts out there, and I know there are many, please provide info on whether to practice with rotator cuff tendonitis, and, if so, how. I am going to Physical Therapy, and half my brain says Don't practice. The other says, Please practice, I'm getting depressed! My shoulder hurts in many poses, but I am already stiffening up from backing off.<br><br>How have you dealt with this, if you have?
