Never skip practice. do the minimum

if you are totally wiped, have not time, sick, etc

but....<br><br>Remember, the real challenge in the practice is to practice

every day and to gain steadiness. Whether you touch

your toes is irrelevant. Bend your knees if you wish

or just touch your shins. In time, your flat hands

will be on the floor, but that is not important.

Practice every day. Indeed, "do your practice and all is

coming" and that ain't no lie.<br><br>ESPW
